What you need to start your benefits:
- Call to schedule an appointment with our VA School Certifying Official Kami Alldredge
- Provide proof of eligibility: You’ll need to provide a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility from the VA or a previously used COE from another institution.
Need a replacement COE? Call 1-888-442-4551 - Provide all military training records (JST, CCAF, VMET, DD214)
- Provide college transcripts (if applicable)

How long will it take for me to receive my benefits?
It typically takes 4-6 weeks from your first day of class before you receive payment from the VA for BAH, books, and supplies.
What are the academic standards for VA sponsored students?
VA-sponsored students must maintain a 70% cumulative progress and 80% monthly attendance. For Veteran’s Readiness and Employment, please consult your individual VA case worker.
What Certificate Programs are VA approved?
All Dixie Tech programs are eligible for VA and GI Bill funding.
