You’ll gain expertise in automating communication across various channels including email, text, AI chatbots, social media messaging, and software notifications.

Learn to build systems that help businesses serve customers better and directly improve revenue and profitability. This program teaches you soft interpersonal skills, and hard software skills with tools like Salesforce, Zoho, and HubSpot.

 As a student of this program, you will:

    • Work with AI Chatbots like ChatGPT and others
    • Dive into CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, and Salesforce
    • Understand how to use marketing automation platforms like Mailchimp
    • Use operations tools like Calendly & DocuSign
    • Learn financial platforms like Zoho Books and Quickbooks
    • Master automation platforms like Zapier and Zoho Flow

CRM And Revenue Operations

Students will engage in hands-on projects for real world issues, use software to develope solutions aimed at enhancing customer service for businesses. Examples include creating a student application system for a school, designing a food pantry management system for a food bank, and optimizing the membership system for a local museum.

Through these practical experiences, students not only gain invaluable skills in using multiple no-code CRM systems like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, and more but also contribute meaningfully to real-world applications.

You will need to work on a personal laptop for this course. If you already have one, feel free to bring it to class. It should have at least 4 GB of RAM or a more advanced processor. Below are two computer models recommended by the instructor, but you can also opt for a pre-owned or refurbished computer.

Accuplacer may be waived with proof of:

  • Equivalent ACT/SAT scores.
  • College classes (MATH 900 or above and ENGLISH 1000 or above) with a ‘B-‘ grade or above.
  • Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree.
