Dixie Tech Off-Campus Housing Options

Dixie Technical College does not have any on campus housing. The following housing options are privately owned. Many are located in the downtown St. George area and are great options for student housing while attending Dixie Tech.

Dixie Tech provides an off campus housing list as a service to students, but does not approve or endorse the housing listed. As off campus housing rules, standards, conditions, costs and physical appearance vary, it is very important for students to check and compare units carefully, and understand contract requirements, before making a decision. Off campus housing contracts and agreements are between the renters and landlords – Dixie Technical College is not involved in any way.
